Election Questionnaires for the 2026 Baden‑Württemberg State Election

On the occasion of the state elections in Baden‑Württemberg, Aidshilfe Baden‑Württemberg e.V. sent a questionnaire to the six major parties — Alliance 90/The Greens (Grüne), the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), the Social Democratic Party (SPD), the Free Democratic Party (FDP), Alternative for Germany (AfD), and The Left (Die Linke) — asking them to respond to nine topics related to the work of Aidshilfe.

The result is a multi‑page document addressing topics such as HIV/STI testing services, prevention work, protection from discrimination, and the financial security of Aidshilfe’s activities. We are making this election position paper available to you on our website.

It is intended to serve as guidance and inspiration for political decision‑making. These are not voting recommendations, but rather a substantive presentation of the major parties’ positions. Aidshilfe Baden‑Württemberg e.V. aims to provide suggestions and ideas for policies that will enable the participation of people living with HIV, reduce discrimination, and promote openness and acceptance during the next legislative period.
